Pastor Avery Wiles

Senior Pastor

Pastor Avery is a forward-thinking leader and visionary with an approach to both pastoral and corporate leadership. As the establisher of his own consulting firm and the Vice President of Covenant Healthshare Enterprises, he is recognized for his strategic insights and ability to equip others in both corporate America and church administration.

Pastor Avery holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He is also a devoted husband to Krystal Wiles, and together they have three sons: AJ, Kaiden, and Karsen. We’re always eager to hear his innovative vision and targeted goals at our LEAD summit, and this year promises to be no exception.

Krystal Wiles

Executive Pastor

Krystal Wiles is the First Lady and Executive Pastor of Grace City Church, where she is known as a visionary leader and creative force. With a talent for navigating and managing complex, high-impact projects, Krystal consistently builds and nurtures healthy, dynamic teams. Her extensive experience spans multiple facets of ministry, and she is at the helm of our major church events, ensuring they are executed with excellence.

An entrepreneur at heart, Krystal is a reservoir of knowledge and a driving force for achieving success in every endeavor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spelman College and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Krystal is also a devoted wife to Pastor Avery and a proud mother to their three sons: AJ, Kaiden, and Karsen.

Pastor Patrick Cooley

Associate Pastor

Patrick L. Cooley was born in Florida and raised in the picturesque Rocky Mountains of Colorado. From a young age, he developed a deep love for God and a passion for prayer, often spending his time in prayer and Bible study, when others were outside playing. His early devotion to faith set the foundation for a lifetime of servant leadership.

With a Master's Degree in Business Administration, P. L. Cooley has built a distinguished career as a Portfolio Manager for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
His commitment to service also displayed in his military career, having proudly served in the United States Air Force.

At just 16 years old, P. L. Cooley preached his first sermon, marking the beginning of a lifelong ministry. Today, he serves as an Associate Pastor at Grace City Church North Dallas, where he continues to inspire and lead others in their faith journeys. With a heart to see God’s people blessed, delivered and whole he guides projects from concept to construction with humility and dedication.

Married for 12 years, P. L. Cooley is a devoted husband, father of four and grandfather of three. He balances his professional and pastoral responsibilities with a deep commitment to his family and community.

Prophet Montreal Peterson

Pastor of Word of Faith Worship Center

Pastor Montreal Peterson is a young man who’s married with two beautiful children. Peterson grew up in Everman, Tx with his mother and father.

While his parents were working his great grandparents would watch him. From the age of 4, Peterson attended midday prayer on Tuesday and Fridays with his great grandmother. At the same age Peterson would weekly visit the nursing home and lay hands and pray for the sick. Little did he know God was raising him up to be a minister of the gospel. As Peterson grew older he found himself living a dedicated life of prayer and fasting and by God’s grace he began preaching, teaching and prophesying very effectively.

Peterson now pastor’s Word of Faith Worship Center and he also ministers in and out of state Peterson believe God has called him to walk out Mark 16:17-18 that says, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

Claude Hamilton

Multimedia Creative Strategist

Claude Hamilton would be considered to be a rare breed of his generation. His ability to be CREATIVE in any atmosphere is most ephoric.

Claude is a young, innovative man that actively seeks to broaden the horizons in the creative world retrospectively by placing his faith at the center of everything he creates.

This serial entrepreneur, creative and ministry leader, seeks to do one thing, and that is: Advance the Kingdom in every way. He is called to Create, mantled for Impact, driven by Influence.

Janel McVade

Human Resource Business Consultant

Janel McVade brings 15 years of Human Resources and People Operations experience across a wide range of industries, including aviation, higher education, healthcare, and city government. Her career journey has been marked by her ability to adapt and excel in diverse environments, driving strategic initiatives that foster positive organizational cultures and enhance employee engagement.

From managing talent and employee relations at SkyWest Airlines to shaping HR strategies at Abilene Christian University and guiding employee development for the City of McKinney, Janel has consistently demonstrated her expertise in aligning HR practices with broader organizational goals. Her work across these varied sectors has equipped her with a unique perspective and the ability to navigate complex challenges with creativity and strategic insight.

Janel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, a Master of Science in Management, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Her commitment to leadership extends beyond the corporate world into her service in ministry, where she leverages her skills to empower others to lead with empathy, innovation, and excellence.

She is married to the love of her life, Chris McVade, and they have one son- CJ.

Alton Phillips

Founder and CEO, VIP Barber Lounge & More Than a Barber Podcast

Alton L. Phillips III, born and raised in Vallejo, CA, is an accomplished entrepreneur with 17 years of experience as a licensed barber. As the Founder and CEO of VIP Barber Lounge and the More Than a Barber Podcast, Alton has established himself as a leading expert in the industry, specializing in consulting new entrepreneurs, barbers, and stylists.

With a passion for nurturing the next generation, Alton is dedicated to helping privileged young men aged 10-16 and excels in creating innovative marketing strategies. In addition to his current projects, Alton is working towards opening a multipurpose content studio aimed at impacting barbers, content creators, and creators across various fields.

Alton is married to Andrea Phillips, and they have an 8-year-old daughter, Zoey Phillips.
