What is the cancellation policy?All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure your availability before securing your seat, as we are unable to accommodate changes once registration is complete.

Will childcare be available?Childcare will not be provided for this event. We encourage attendees to make advance arrangements so they can be fully present and engaged.

What should I wear?Come comfortable, bold, and summit-ready! While there’s no formal dress code, we recommend casual chic or elevated business casual. Don’t forget, we’re snapping photos all weekend!

What does registration include?Your registration includes access to all main sessions, breakout experiences, summit materials, and select hospitality perks throughout the weekend.

Will meals be provided during the conference?On Friday, join us starting at 6:30 PM for a pre-session meal. Light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the summit experience. On Saturday, August 30, a complimentary lunch will be provided for all registered attendees during the midday session. Sunday morning food will not be provided, so we encourage all registrants to start the day early to allow time to nourish yourself and arrive ready to fully engage in the session. Come ready to be filled, spiritually and naturally!

Will sessions be recorded?LeadHD Summit is an in-person, Spirit-led experience designed to be received live and in the room. Livestream will not be offered, and sessions will not be publicly recorded. Select portions may be captured for internal Grace City leadership training purposes only, but full session recordings will not be made available. We strongly encourage every registrant to be fully present for each moment, you won’t want to miss what God is doing in real time.

Can I volunteer at the conference?Yes! We welcome passionate, servant-hearted individuals who want to help create an excellent experience at LeadHD Summit 2025. Volunteer roles include hospitality, registration, setup/tear down, and more. Volunteers must be available for a brief orientation before the event and must be able to attend the full summit. What time is service?Our Sunday worship service starts at 10:00 AM.

Is there something for my kids?Yes! Grace Kidz, our Children's Church, is available every 1st and 3rd Sunday during the 10:00 AM service. It is designed for children who are potty-trained through 5th grade.

What does a typical service look like?A typical Grace City Church of North Dallas service includes: Prayer – We begin with a time of prayer to center our hearts and invite God’s presence. Praise & Worship – A powerful time of uplifting music to glorify God and prepare for the message. The Word – A dynamic, Bible-based sermon that provides practical and spiritual guidance for daily living. Response & Reflection – A moment to respond in worship, prayer, or personal reflection. Closing & Benediction – The service concludes with final encouragement and a prayer of blessing. Our services are engaging, spirit-filled, and welcoming to all.
